Why does it take 1-2 business days to process orders?
We pull items for your order from our four retail locations. These items need to be transferred into our inventory to ship out to you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged to orders shipping in California.
Why is my credit card not working?
-Billing information does not match. Check your bank statement or call your bank to verify your billing information is 100% correctly typed into our website.
-Your bank has a hold on your account because you tried to place your order too many times with the incorrect billing information. Depending on your bank, it is possible for you to see a few pending transactions, which will not be charged.
-You do not have sufficient funds in your account.
-We do not accept your credit card type. Please note: we only accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa.
Can I use my credit online and in-store?
Your credit can be used either in-store or on our website. Credit does not expire.
How do I use my store/web credit online?
To redeem your credit online, please choose store credit as a payment option, enter in the correct amount of your credit, and click apply. If the item is more than your credit, then you will be asked to pay the difference with a secondary form of payment. If your order is less than your credit the remaining credit can be applied to your next order. The credit amount will be verified by our customer service team. When will I receive my refund/credit?
It takes seven business days to process refunds/credits from the day we receive the return into our warehouse. You will receive an email with the amount of your credit/refund. Please note: refunds may take 1-2 business days to show up in your account.
