How do I view & edit information in My Account?

The My Account tab at the top of the screen will take you to a screen where you can edit details of your account, view your gift cards and wish list, and review your order history.

 

I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

Go the My Account tab at the top of the screen and click into Account Details. Here you will find a link to receive a Forgot Password email with instructions to get a new password.

ORDERING

 

Is the site secure?

Yes, this site follows all recommended security precautions. We adhere to all web security standards when it comes to encrypting your data. We do not store credit card numbers or information in our databases.

 

What credit cards do you accept?

MadisonLosAngeles.com accepts all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

 

Will I be charged Sales Tax?

Sales Tax is only charged on orders shipped within the State of California.

 

How do I place an order?

1. You can add items to your shopping bag from the product page. Please note that items saved in your cart are not guaranteed to be placed on hold in the inventory.

2. When you add an item to your bag, you can choose to either Continue Shopping or Proceed to Check Out. Also, you can view your shopping bag at any time while shopping by clicking the Shopping Bag link at the top of the screen.

3. When you are ready to checkout, click the Proceed to Checkout button. If you have a valid coupon code, you can enter it at this point and your total will be adjusted.

4. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so at this point. If you do not have an account with us, please register as a new customer.

5. After logging in, please confirm your billing/shipping address, choose a shipping method, click the button for either shipping to a residence or a business, and choose a payment method. Please note your entire checkout process is secure.

6. Finally, you will review your cart, enter your payment details, and submit your order. Please include any specific instructions for your order in the Customer Notes section.

7. Once your order is placed, you will receive email confirmations about the status of your order.

 

I’m having difficulty placing my order, what should I do?

Please contact the Customer Service Department at 800-000-0000 during normal business hours and we will be happy to walk you through the ordering process. Outside of business hours, simply send an email to store@madisonlosangeles.com or leave a voicemail and we will respond the next business day.

 

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive email confirmation at every stage of the order process.

An email confirmation is sent immediately once your order is placed to notify you that it is being processed. After we confirm your order, you will receive an additional email when your credit card is charged and your order status is marked to paid. Lastly, you will receive an email with your tracking information when your order is shipped.

 

How do I check my order status?

You can check the status of your order if you log in and and go to the My Account tab.

 

How can I change my order?

You can send an order change request to store@madisonlosangeles.com or contact us via phone. Changes can only be made if we receive the request within 24 hours. Once your order is paid or shipped, no changes can be made.

 

What if the item I order is sold out? Why was my order cancelled?

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site. Occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you via email and changes will be reflected in your order total.

 

When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 1-2 days to fully process your order. Once orders are processed, items are usually shipped the next business day.

 

How do pre-orders work?

Place your pre-order and checkout as normal. Your credit card will be charged and your order will be given priority when we receive our shipment. You will receive an email with shipment confirmation and Fed Ex tracking number once your fabulous piece is on its way to you.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?

After your order is paid and shipping is confirmed, you will receive an email with shipping information.

 

Where can I find my tracking # for my shipment?

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package via the FedEx website with this number. You can be taken directly to the tracking page via the link in this email.

PLEASE NOTE: Ground orders typically have a transit time of approximately 2 days to major metropolitan areas and 3 days to more rural areas. Please note that while FedEx is always fast and accurate, Ground Shipping does not guarantee an exact arrival date. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, we encourage you to choose the expedited options at an additional charge.

 

Do you ship internationally?

MadisonLosAngeles.com ships worldwide. International shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout by FedEx. FedEx bases the cost on several factors, including total price of items, the weight of the package, and its destination. To determine the cost, please add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. At that time, you will be able to view the shipping costs on the review page of the checkout process.

PLEASE NOTE: International orders are often subject to duties and taxes billed by your country's customs department upon arrival. MadisonLosAngeles.com is not responsible for any duty, tax, or freight charges billed from the country the merchandise is being shipped to.



 

RETURNS

 

What is your return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if return does not comply with this policy.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase IF ITEM IS RETURNED WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS. All orders returned after that time period will be subject to a web/store credit.

ACCESSORIES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and a web/store credit only will be issued upon return of the following: Handbags, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Scarves, Belts, Hats, Bathing Suits, & Apothecary.

Sale items and special orders are FINAL SALE: no exchanges, no returns, no exceptions.

We will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. For your protection, we recommend using UPS, Fed Ex, or Certified USPS for your return.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

 

1. Repackage your return securely in a box comparable to the one you received your item in.
2. Please download this Return Authorization Form, fill out completely, and enclose WITH A COPY OF ORIGINAL RECEIPT. Save copies for your records.
3. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS, UPS, FED EX, DHL or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
4. Keep the Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
5. Once MadisonLosAngeles.com receives the returned item, we will issue the appropriate refund or credit and send you a copy of the receipt via email or the US Postal Service. Please see below for information about in-store returns.

 

 

Can I return my item to a Madison store location?

We accept returns of merchandise bought online at any of our 7 locations. (3rd Street, Brentwood, Melrose, Malibu, Westlake, and Pacific Palisades (insert store locations link) Please drop off the item(s) and the store will transfer the item(s) to our website headquarters, at which point we will issue you a refund and email or mail the receipt to you. The store cannot issue you a refund at the time of drop-off. This process will take no more than 2-3 business days.

How do I send an item as a gift?

If you are ordering an item as a gift, please let us know in the customer notes section during checkout. We will include a gift receipt in the package and wrap the package with a signature Madison bow.

 

Do Madison Gift Cards expire?

Madison Gift Cards do not expire.

 

Can I use my Madison Gift Card in stores and online?

Yes, you may use your Madison Gift Card in any store location as well as online.

 

How can I view someone’s Wish List?

Go the Wish List tab at the bottom of the screen and enter the email address of the person in the Wish List Search box.
